All Things WIL Mentorship
WIL’s Mentorship Program is designed to foster meaningful connections that support personal, academic, and professional growth. Through mentorship, WIL creates opportunities for students to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and learn from individuals who inspire and encourage them throughout their journeys. Open to students of all backgrounds and experiences, the program fosters an inclusive, supportive environment where participants are encouraged to connect, collaborate, and grow together.
The WIL Mentorship Program is open to first and second-year students seeking mentorship, while upper-year students in their second, third, or fourth year have the opportunity to serve as mentors. Participants are thoughtfully paired based on shared goals, interests, and experiences to foster meaningful, long-lasting connections. Whether navigating first year, exploring career paths, or building confidence within the Schulich community, WIL Mentorship creates a supportive environment where students can lead, inspire, and unite together.
